Three Course menu £20.00 per person & Two Course Menu £16.00 per person.

Parsnip and Ginger Soup with rustic bread (V)		traditional roast breast of sussex turkey – chipolata in bacon, chef’s stuffing, cranberry compote and roast jus		homemade christmas pudding – brandy cream
Sussex Smokie – Smoked Haddock, Mustard cream sauce, cheese herb crumb		confit of lamb shoulder – wrapped in parma ham, redcurrant and rosemary sauce		banoffee pie – with fresh cream
Chicken Liver Paté – Melba toast and spiced fruit chutney		roast pork loin – masala and pork jus		lemon possett – fruit compote
		all the above will be served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Vegetarian or Fish option available on request. All dishes may contain items not mentioned in the menu description. (V) denotes suitable for vegetarians.
